AlNiCo

Alnico magnets as they are known consist of alloys: Al(Aluminum), Ni(nickel), Co(cobalt), hence Al-Ni-Co, with additional alloy, iron, copper and titanium and other elements to enhance heat treatment in magnetic properties. Alnico magnets have widely rage of complex shape/sizes at an economical cost and good resistance to demagnetization. Most of them don’t need surface treatment because of the good corrosion resistance.

Shapes of AlNiCo magnet：
cone,ring,rectangle,abnormity and U-shaped.

AlNiCo of magnetizing：
thickness magnetizing,
diametrical magnetizing and so on.

Detection measurements：
demagnetization curve,hysteresis loop,
gauss(Gaussmeter),flux(Wb),aging experiment,
salt spray test,pressure cook test and so on.

Applications of AlNiCo magnets：
microphone, dashboard, magnetic switching,
communication control systems and so on.
